Home Essentials Package in Parrish

Four scheduled visits per year to help you stay ahead of everyday household essentials. We check commonly overlooked items, replace included supplies as needed, and bring visible concerns to your attention.

We check air filters, smoke detectors, light bulbs, accessible areas for visible leaks, and basic emergency supplies such as flashlights and batteries. We replace eligible filters, bulbs, and batteries as needed within your package limits and share a summary of what we noticed.

Each visit includes up to:

• 2 standard 1-inch HVAC filters
• 4 standard light bulbs
• 6 standard batteries

Items are replaced as needed. Specialty or high-cost products are excluded; homeowner-supplied specialty items may be used when suitable.

The standard package is designed for homes under 3,000 square feet. Contact us about larger homes or additional needs so we can discuss availability and pricing.

The package does not include repairs, specialty or high-cost products, additional materials beyond the included limits, or replacement smoke detectors. Checks are limited to visible, accessible items and do not replace a professional home inspection or licensed electrical, plumbing, or HVAC service.

The Home Essentials Package is $649 per year and includes four scheduled visits with the standard supply allowances listed above. Any additional services, supplies, or applicable travel charges are discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
