Life Coordination in Palmetto

Practical support with the everyday responsibilities that take time and attention. We help with scheduling, calls, paperwork, research, and follow-through so you have less to chase and more time for what matters to you.

Life coordination can help if you’re juggling a busy schedule, managing a life transition, supporting someone from a distance, or simply ready to hand off some everyday tasks. You choose the priorities; we help move them forward.

Support may include:

• Scheduling appointments and services
• Making calls and following up
• Organizing paperwork and information
• Researching options and community resources
• Coordinating with service providers
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and next steps

We agree on the tasks and scope before work begins.

Life coordination focuses on everyday logistics and organization. Patient Advocacy & Healthcare Navigation focuses on healthcare situations, including medical appointments, provider communication, records, and referrals. If you need both, we’ll clarify which service applies and the pricing before proceeding.

With your permission, we can share updates and coordinate information with the people you choose. Together, we establish who may receive information and how updates will be shared.
