I enjoyed meeting with Laura and touring the hospital this week. Located in Nokomis, PAM offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Support can connect each step—from the hospital to rehabilitation to home.
PAM’s team provides clinical care and rehabilitation. Peace of Mind can complement that work with personalized, non-medical support: helping organize information, prepare questions, communicate with authorized family members, and coordinate next steps.
And we can be there in person. If someone wants support beside them, we can attend appointments and care meetings when permitted, listen, take notes, and help them ask questions. After discharge, that support can continue at follow-up appointments, along with help coordinating referrals, records, and practical arrangements.
With the individual’s authorization, we can communicate with their care team to help keep information and next steps connected. Our services are arranged independently and support the work of hospital staff, discharge planners, and therapists.
