If your binder requires more than two hours to complete, you will be notified before any additional work is performed. Additional time is billed separately at $150 per hour. No additional work or charges will occur without your approval.
If less than two hours is required, any unused portion of the $300 professional-time deposit will be refunded after your binder is completed. The $59 printed binder charge is nonrefundable once printing and assembly have begun.
